The staff at this hotel makes the construction across the street and the broken sidewalks (nothing they can do about it) well worth it … always extremely friendly and helpful. Sometimes they aren’t the cheapest but it’s worth it to be remembered every time you go. There is one gentleman that typically works in the morning that deserves special attention (can’t remember his name) but he is a larger gentleman that makes our visits well worth it. The hotel is exactly what we need for the areas we like to visit.

The room was clean and decorated nice. Called for towels then waited 4 hours. Called back to the front desk and the response was well I wasn’t the one that took your call. I just wanted towels I didn’t care who took the call. Upon returning home I saw that my credit card was charged a fee. I called multiple times after the 11th try I finally got ahold of someone to be told I was charged an amenity fee. I said what does that mean? They said it was for their concierge, gym and other hotel amenities that we never used. The hotel barely had anything available as they were renovating so I found this ridiculous. It definitely has potential but they have a lot to work out.
