Soft pillows, even softer guest services

The hotel was fine, the room sufficiently large and comfortable. My problems started with guests services reminding me that “this is not New York,” i.e. that they couldn’t offer flexibility, as they’re in a small Southern town. Grow up, folks, other hotels in the French Courter can. It was a pleasant enough stay, but you’ve lost my business. Oh, and get some firm pillows.

Would not go back to this location. It did not offer complementary breakfast which I thought I had, but I guess you have to select it. You pay a lot of money when you do eat at their cafeteria, frozen warm up breakfast tastes better than what they have! Very bland very expensive, not worth your money to stay here.

We loved our trip, the hotel was really nice and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. Hotel is right on Bourbon St do it was extremely convenient. We would definitely stay there again.

I really enjoyed my trip to NOLA. This hotel was in the perfect location, and the side street balcony (Toulouse St.) was the perfect balance of party and privacy. The staff made my trip better than ever. Alexandra specifically, was so kind to me when I needed someone to talk to. She didn’t even know me, but she extended so much kindness and love to me. When I come back, I will absolutely be staying here again.

Many items in hotel room and bathroom fixtures were damaged /dilapidated and need to be replaced . I had face towels with holes due to wear and tear in my room , which was disappointing . Also water pressure and temperature left a lot to be desired . Otherwise staff were friendly and helpful .

Really pretty outdoor pool area, especially when lit up at night. Very comfy indoor reception, with air conditioning - essential in the summer! All staff without exception were very friendly and helpful.

The rooms are very comfortable. The hotel is well kept and in a great location. Parking is a challenge for large vehicles like my truck.

Staff was very rude. Called for towels and never got any so called back and no one ever picked up. Sink was broken and a whole in the wall. Very unhappy for the price I paid. Not the experience I wanted and will not be going back.

This hotel was great! It was nice and surprisingly quiet for the location. However, just in case they still provide ear plugs! Everyone was so nice and accommodating. We had a wonderful stay here for the three nights.
