Hotel was very nice for the unfortunate circumstances. Wish they would have at least comped our breakfast during the lock down when we could not leave . We did not want to have breakfast there . We kinda had too

Definitely coming back to this hotel!

This was our first time to New Orleans & this hotel was central with everything. Very happy with our balcony room. The view was beautiful & the bed was super comfy. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to our friends & family. This was our first time visiting New Orleans..We were there because our family was taking a cruise for Christmas and it disembarked from there.. The hotel was very beautiful inside and outside..The staff were all very friendly and welcoming to us..Once we walked outside of the hotel, especially at night, we didn't feel safe..It was just nasty and very scary!!
