The hotel, room, pool, and staff were excellent. It is on Bourbon Street, though, so it is very noise at night and dirty due to the large number of tourists.

Property was good just a little dated had issues with the air conditioner. I looked at the filter. It had approximately a quarter of an inch of dust on the filter. I could see it through the grades they came up changed the filter. It dropped 2° but never cooled below 70°. Everything else was fine.

First time

My first trip to New Orleans. Hotel was great . Location, staff ,clean, was quieter than expected, which was nice. Second floor with balcony looking in at courtyard. Great spot for your stay in New Orleans
