First: The location is great! Much of NOLA is within walking distance, without the constant noise of the Quarter. The Uptown Mardi Gras parades pass a block away.Second: The beds are crazy comfortable and we woke with no aches or pains, a rarity for hotels and VRBOs. The rest of the flat is well-maintained and comfortable.Third: The host is super-responsive and pleasant. We'll definitely be back.
