Pets: Only approved pets are allowed. Pets are not permitted on furniture, and all pet waste must be picked up and properly disposed of outside. Unapproved pets will incur a $100 fee per animal. If a pet has an accident inside the home, a minimum $250 cleaning fee will apply (or the full cleaning cost, with receipt provided if it is more than min $250).



Parties & Gatherings: Absolutely no parties or gatherings are allowed. Any violation will result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund.

We were in town for a few days for a funeral and it was the perfect spot to get to family in and around the New Orleans area. It fit my family perfectly. The home was immaculate and newly renovated and furnished. We were also able to bring our small dog and it had a good size backyard for her. We would definitely stay again!

The place was nice and spacious. A little disappointed there were no chairs or other furniture on the large deck in back. It would have been nice to go outside and sit. I would recommend tacking the carpet down in the living room as the corner didn't stay laying down and was a trip hazard (we forgot to mention it to the owner). We had a nice stay with plenty of room. For some reason I never received the check-in instructions and had to reach out for entry code and internet.
