We usually find Marriott hotel mattresses to be soft and comfortable, but the mattress at this Marriott hotel was as hard as a rock. My husband was tossing and turning all night and I woke up with a backache. It’s a shame, everything else, the staff, check in, property, cleanliness, parking, view, etc. was great, but unfortunately we probably won’t be returning due to the mattresses.🙁

Excellent place to relax and enjoy the beach. Clean and staff is great. There is plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. OH and the theater at market commons is a great place to relax with your best friend!!

This was a beginning of the year reset and relax trip for me. And I chose a room with a kitchen and ocean front to do nothing but self care. My stay was everything I needed it to be and more. Staff was absolutely amazing from check in to check out. Will be staying again in the near future.

First room we stayed in there was a horrible loud sound all night. The next morning the front staff moved us to a lower floor, noise from elevator could be heard all night, knocking noise from the fridge was loud all night, and the AC unit sounded like the wall was gonna blow up. Floors in the hallway were dirty, elevator was dirty. Breakfast was not good at all. As much as the stay cost then the extra you have to pay to park at a hotel not a resort was ridiculous for what the rooms and everything looked like. Will not stay there ever again.

I liked the property, this is our second time staying there. This issue I had was the breakfast bar I went 4 times both days starting at 800am and there was nothing but muffins a few no pancake mix, no sausage, no eggs, several empty juice containers, one filled pancake mix. I could continue, but I would run out of characters😞. Again nice property, but as a Mom of 2 it was very disappointing not to be able give my kids breakfast.

Wonderful Stay

Wonderful overnight accommodations for a quick New Years trip for hubby and I. Ever staff member we encountered was professional and friendly. Hotel and our room was clean. We had an issue with our toilet and maintenance was up within 5 mins of our call to repair.

Absolutely no housekeeping of any kind in the room despite repeated promises of at least a refresh- clean towels and empty the trash. This was a 5 day stay and I ended up with trash everywhere and no bags to even put it in, much less getting it removed. I had 5 days of dirty towels, washcloths and bath mats. I had to retrieve all clean ones myself. The common areas were virtually untouched in terms of cleaning and I saw one housekeeper in the entire hotel (17 stories) in 5 days! The desk staff all had different opinions and promises on the service, but nothing changed. Overall, a big holiday disappointment!!!

change your dog policy

A+. We stay here every year and we've enjoyed it. This year there were too many people with dogs aloud. We had to constantly wait for another elevator because of the people with dogs . The carpet in the elevator was constantly covered in dog hair and it smelled. Our room was clean... Please adjust your animal policy.
