While VRBO guests do NOT have access to the pools at Embassy Suites & Hilton Hotel or the Splash Waterpark, you WILL have exclusive access to the Brighton pool and the Kingston Plantation Master Association pools...for access to a total of THREE pools during your stay! Note the access to the adjacent waterpark is not included with this condo.

Everything is provided -- just bring your swimsuit and beach towel!

For the golf lovers, book your tee time through the golf director at the adjacent course or choose from over 100 other area courses. Note that waterpark and private hotel amenities are not included. Awesome condo!

We recently stayed at the Brighton in Kingston Plantation. The accommodations were awesome! Everything was perfect from the decor to the cleanliness. The location, grounds and pool were also amazing! Check in and parking were also a breeze. Caroline was great to work with and I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great beach vacation!

Nice needs improvements

Condo was nice but does not have good beach view. Pictures make it look like you have beach front or pool front you are on second floor that looks down at roof top.. Actually face water park that is very busy and band wakes you up every morning Some things need addressed in condo. No where to put any shower stuff in master bath. Shampoo soap! Have to keep opening shower door to reach the stuff and gets ceramic tile wet which is very slippery. The couch in living room is worn and so are lamps. Dirt on ceiling in dining room from ac unit. No light in “dressing area” master bedroom. A bunch of lamps everywhere but none provide enough light to sit at vanity to do make up . And the remote controls in living room!!!!!!! You have to be a rocket scientist to figure out how to watch tv and Netflix!!! It takes 3 different remotes to watch anything . Host was very nice and condo building and property was beautiful but not exactly all as described in details.

Check-in was smooth and seamless. Owner is super responsive and informative. The building was clean and well maintained. Elevators were fast and dry. The condo was very clean on arrival, the condo is just as pictured. Great ocean views from balcony. Beds were amazingly comfortable. Only recommendation would be a shelf or shower catty in the master shower. And sofa needs some TLC, we sank every time we sat down. Lol These small issues did not distract from our amazing visit.

Myrtle Beach condo

Nice place with good views of the ocean. The balcony faces the next door waterpark but they shut it down around 5PM so it was never really an issue. Overall - nice place and worth the visit.

Excellent Family Condo in Kingston Plantation

Perfect beach vacation condo for family of 4-6. Unit, building, and property all very clean and well kept. Amazing view of sunrise from deck. Kitchen had necessary amenities for cooking in, master bath was very nice, game consoles were a hit with the kids. Pool, hot tub, and beach access steps away from building elevators. All within the gated community and activities of Kingston Plantation. Excellent communication with owner. Would definitely stay here again.

This is an ideal place for staying near Myrtle Beach. It’s a short drive to any of the major spots in the area and the beach is easily accessible. Condo is large, clean, and quiet. Also very reasonably priced, especially with the space and other amenities. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay, very clean condo

Condo is in a very nice area on Kingston plantation. The unit itself was extremely clean, comfortable and spacious. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, host provided plenty of towels and Linens. I’m actually trying to find a pillow like the ones they had there. Condo was pretty quiet which suited us well. Beautiful property and there were several nice neighborhoods nearby where we could ride our bicycles. The beach was not crowded at all, and was very clean. Fresh cut flowers left by the maid was a very nice touch. Just a heads up that sport umbrellas are not allowed on this area of the beach. We got a notice from the local police That we had to use our sport umbrella like a regular umbrella standing straight up Instead of like a tent on the beach. Great host, would stay again.

First family getaway

This was my first beach trip with my new in-laws and husband and our two children! After getting married earlier in March this year, I was so excited for us to unwind since the kids just went back to school and this trip did not disappoint at all. Beautiful condo in a perfect location.

I recently stayed here for a girls trip. The condo is beautifully decorated, and immaculate. The view of the ocean from the balcony is amazing. The host was very responsive, even checking in mid-week to see if we needed anything. Check in/out was a breeze. The restaurant/brewery next door is a must. I highly recommend a stay here.

Great condo that felt like a home.

We had a great time this weekend at the property. The condo truly feels more like someone’s home than a rental property. The views are great and you’re a short drive from just about anything you could want to do on the North End. The owner was great and checked in throughout our stay to ensure everything was going well. Will definately book here again!
