The hotel was extremely noisy, loud, room was so small we had to go outside just to change our minds, there were no chairs in the room, staff were unfriendly, not helpful. Restaurant was overpriced, not associated with the hotel. Most pf the staff did not speak English; one front desk lade actually told me we should not have come there if we did not speak Spanish, which I do not. This is an English speaking country! There is no parking on site, had to self park 2 blocks away, or pay a lot for a valet to bring the vehicle, and still had to wait a long time for it to come. I WOULD RECOMMED NOT EVER STAYING THERE WHATSOEVER, NOT EVEN FOR FRE!

The young gentleman at front desk on the day we checked out was not friendly and not caring at all. Lobby area was old and dark, looked total different than what's showing on the pictures. Location is good.

The check process was tedious and I was the only one in line. The bed was very uncomfortable. There was a mildew smell. Random people coming in and out the hotel all night. Construction was being done somewhere so it was alot of banging and drilling all night. Just a terrible experience

No nice public space as in the past

We stayed here two yrs ago but it’s changed. Old days coffee on the deck on the street was where I started every day early. Don’t remember price but now 7.00/cup at 8:00 and no food till 8. Otherwise pretty much the same. Tiny rooms and bath but shower good. We’ll try somewhere else next time

Great spot

Had a great room. We had a king water view room. Loved the seperate seating area and wet bar area. Had a slight mildew smell, but that’s being an old hotel. And it was only there. Only issues we had was the phones didn’t work. And I asked for more towels he said he would bring them up, never did. The public restroom, had no paper towels or hand dryers. Told front desk , manager said she would fix that. 2 hours later still nothing. The food was good. Raul was a great server at breakfast.

Room was really terrible .. kind of like staying in a white prison block that hasn't been cleaned very much... no decor, no views, no fixtures no carpet... honestly for that price it's probably the worst I've stayed... I know it's Miami Beach but I have stayed in rooms that are just a little bit more that are amazing.!!

This is the neatest vintage hotel I've stayed in. It needs some maintenance and repairs but mostly was in good shape for an older hotel. The area is very walkable. I loved the location!

I am very very disappointed with the service of this hotel and staff. The toilet doesn’t flush, the phone doesn’t work, my reservation was canceled, the receptionist couldn’t get I to contact with a supervisor. This was the worse experience of my life. Will not recommend, highly recommend a REFUND!!!!
