Thank god for this hotel. We had actually been trying to book a hotel up the road for convenience, however every time we tried to book the reservation cancelled. I rang to resolve, they refused to complete the booking over the phone, and pretty much told me I did not know what I was doing because of my age. So we went elsewhere. Your team was lovely, efficient and face us an upgrade. We are never staying up the road anymore. And we come down to Melbourne from Ballarat many times in the year.
