Can't fault this hotel. We arrived and were greeted with a polite and friendly smile. Staff we dealt with were all helpful and polite. It's set back of the main road so it's quiet, the rooms are clean and tidy and it looks well maintained. Excellent value for money too and would highly recommend.

A charming property a little out of the way on Inkerman Street. This is an older property which means larger rooms!

When I book a property, there are 2 main factors that I look back and rate - 1 quality of bed very good 2 shower quality not good (gravity fed pressure)

Dear guest, thank you for your review - lets clarify your point about the shower. We have 1000kpa of pressure feeding through our pipes. We really only require 500kpa -- in other words we have excellent pressure. We'd love to go checkout your room to see if that room has a particular issue - but since you posted as 'anonymous' we're not ale to do that because we don't know which room you stayed in. if you'd like to contact us, we can definitely followup on this matter. again, thanks for your review

This Is a well kept hidden beauty. Halet our host was simply amazing and when we needed to add a couple of nights she was most accommodating. Clean, friendly helpful and can’t recommend highly enough Janette

the floor in the bathroom had not beern cleaned, lots of spots on the beautiful floor , obviously missed when cleaning but other wise very good .
