The home offers contemporary and modern furnishings throughout, complete with 2 comfortable leather lounges positioned around a smart TV with Netflix, dining table for 8 guests, timber floorboards, reverse cycle air-conditioning unit, plantation shutters, and all the latest appliances.

For those guests wanting their own space, the garage has been cleverly converted into an additional entertainment room. This fantastic zone will certainly impress the young and old at heart! Complete with Table Tennis Table, Pool Table, Foosball Soccer Table, and Air Hockey Table. Absolutely perfect for keeping kids entertained for hours, decorated with comfy chairs, games, toys, bar fridge, and an amazing colourful mural that just sets the mood to chill out and have fun! On a sunny day, you can even pop outside and enjoy a game of Croquet or Bocce on the lawn.

Como Palm Retreat accommodates one or two small families, accommodating up to 7 guests,

Bedroom 1 - The Master Suite includes a Queen Size Bed, ceiling fan and Ensuite with shower and toilet

Bedroom 2 - includes a Queen Size Bed, pedestal fan, overlooking the backyard and pool area

Bedroom 3 - includes a Double Size Bed and Single Bed, with ceiling fan

There is also a central Bathroom, again with Balinese Decor, toilet, shower and a gorgeous bath.
