Everything except for the kind and attentiveness of the manager of the hotel by the named of Raymond Resuello and his staff were very nice. The hotel itself is falling apart and I have photos to prove it. It was noisy. There was cockroaches and foes inside their restaurant. Even though we got a complementary breakfast for one morning, I would not eat there again if given another free meal. The food did hardly have taste except for salt. There was a commotion because of the staff misunderstanding with other customers. The lobby was hot and there was no AC and only one fan. I can go out n and on but I’m just glad Imnout of there.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. It’s budget-friendly, the rooms are clean, cozy, and surprisingly decent for the price. It’s perfect for travelers looking for comfort without spending too much. Location is amazing. It’s a quick walk to MOA and some other malls, restaurants and coffee shops. What really stood out was the customer service, especially from Glenda at the front desk. She’s very friendly, approachable, and goes out of her way to assist guests, not every receptionist has that kind of warmth and professionalism. Most of the staff are also polite and helpful, which made my stay even better. I like how they put their hands on their chest when they greet the guests. The only thing I’d suggest is improving the smoking area. Adding a few benches and a small roof or cover would make it more comfortable, especially during rain or strong sun. Overall, great value for money and wonderful service. Would definitely stay again!

Had an overnight stay here prior to a flight. The place is located close to MOA, Jollibee & a 7-11. Was not the greatest fan overall... Check in process had a lengthy wait (and we arrived around 4:30 pm). Had to do some ID verification first (~10 min.), was told to be seated and wait to be called again to the desk (~30 min. — which was quite faster than some other guests that were already there), theeen eventually got our room cards. Also, no A/C in the lobby... Staff were nice & apologetic about the wait though. The place overall showed a lot of wear and tear — peeling / taped wallpaper in the halls, cracks in the walls, etc. The room itself was okay. Comfortable beds, okay amenities but that's all... Utilized the outdoor pool which was nice. Overall, the place was okay for a night but would most likely stay elsewhere.

Staff are great but amenities not so great. Air conditioning doesn’t work, shower’s pressure is too low and the room smells bad. Good location though! Close to the airport, Mall of Asia and other shopping malls. Its ok for a short stay but not for a long stay.

We couldn’t get our stuffs from the safe. It was our day to check out. We asked to staff to check the safe and he couldn’t open either and he said he will come back . We’ve waited for 30 minutes no one came. So we have to approach the receptionist again and finally it was opened. We had to rush to the airport.

The staff were exceptionally professional and friendly! Big thanks to Sir Niño Orcie (not sure if I got the last name right) for being so helpful and kind! All the staff were great and they are such a big asset to the hotel! The room itself was nice and has everything that you need, but could still definitely be improved. The location was very accessible and close to many restaurants, malls, and the airport. I’d recommend this hotel and would definitely book again! Thank you, Hotel 101!

We stayed two nights. It was OK. We won't say there again. What the place actually looks like vs what the pictures shown are two distinct different things. First, STAFF WERE AMAZING. With that said, hotel 101, I bet, was phenomenal in it's day. It's day is in the past. It has, however, underwent an attempt at bringing it up to level with newer hotels with subpar construction. For instance, nice glass doors in the shower to separate the shower from the rest of the bathroom, however, the water bartier had NO "water barrier", so the entire bathroom floor would get wet, nearly causing me to slip on my arse a few times. The water would NOT make it to the drain, so when you sat on the toilet, whatever you wete wearing would get wet. A "squeege" would be a nice aded amenity. While onthe way to our room, many of the hallway tiles were cracked and broken, some loose, with wide clear tape holding the peeling away wall paper, in place.
