Friendly and accommodating staff, with a nice hotel conveniently located close to the shopping mall and the airport. I’ve stayed here a few times already, and each visit has been a pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

The hotel restaurant can only be described as terrible, if you like rice and cooked sardines for breakfast well then you’re in luck. If you like cordial instead of fruit fresh juices well then you’re in luck. How the cook keeps his job I’ve got no idea.

Good first time experience at Hotel 101. The staff is amazing! Very helpful and accommodating with requests I've made. Location is prime for the price of the hotel stay. I really liked the convenience of having plenty of restaurants and shopping areas around at walking distance and of course the airport is not too far away. Even with traffic it only took 20 min to get to the terminal. The cleanliness of the hotel and my room was met. The wooden door frame outside my room was fairly damaged so of course I was a bit hesitant to see the condition of the room upon entering it the first time. The air conditioning system was a bit of a challenge to control as some of the features on the remote weren't functioning so my air conditioning would turn off in the middle of the night showing ERROR which then I just unplugged and then replugged to get it going again. I'm just glad it would work again. Other than that I would still book a room here in the future because the location is awesome and the staff was so great. Any issues didn't ruin my experience!

Very friendly and well informed staffs in front desk but elevators need to be address due to long lines going up and down in the hotel (2 out of 4 elevators are in service).

There is no other Hotel that has a better location so near the MOA. It is clean and has an excellent staff. I will go back next time I'm in manila.

Like that it was close to the the airport and Mall of Asia. Did not like the room. It's too small, and the hot water in shower wasnt working. The hot. water valve was closed apparently coz it leaks bad. Plummer had to open it and it worked but leaked so much. AC worked but seemed warmer than the set temp. It's indeed a basic hotel with it's rate but I kind expected it to be a bit better. Most high rating reviews are inaccurate or based on lower standards.
