This time the room (16th flr) was great and tidy compare from the last time (4th flr). Shower was working (this time), w/ bath robe, complete toiletries & w/ A/C remote. It’s a big change (im impressed) and staff are fantastic. Hopefully, they have a smart tv next time. Overall, my stay was great!

The location is great, very accessible and close to Mall of Asia and NAIA. Saff is courteous and helpful and the breakfast buffet is delicious. The management needs to do sone improvements on the wall paper of the hallway because its already worn out and some of the floor tiles is broken.

No problem with the Staff...toilet rundown. No shower curtain. We stayed in Rm 224. Very noisy..you can hear cars, loud motorcycles all night. Hard to sleep especially after 16hrs flights because of that...I can't comment with the breakfast I will update after our breakfast

Provided the basics. I was comfortable. Attractive, lobby, excellence staff, especially those delivering room service. Must be excellent for families because I saw so many parents and children in the lobby. My room was relatively small because I had to use a walker. It was difficult to get around the beds, but the bathroom was designed for disabled with the space and grab rails.

The room clean and smell fresh. However please take note of the following for immediate action. 1. The safe box is not working 2. The television is not working or the remote control isn't working. 3. The shower handle is not properly secured. 4. Lastly, we killed 4 small cockroach that we running around 5. I commended the service room attendant for her fast and friendly service.
