Have to call maintenance 4 separate times from 2 toilet flusher kept on disconnecting, hot water issue and lost power in the room. After repair I was even told that maybe I plugged something that shorted the fuse… Their casino is also not any better. Ticket got stocked and have to wait over an hour for them to validate to get my money. Wouldn’t the solution be is open the slot and checked the last ticket inserted? But that’s not the case, they were validating online and was even told to checked purse inside to see if the ticket was there when it clearly said in the machine malfunction. Felt like a criminal who was hiding my own ticket. What a stay!

I stayed at Solaire Hotel from January 24-27, and while our stay had some good moments, the overall experience was disappointing due to poor staff organization and service. When we arrived after a late flight—which we informed the hotel about in advance—the staff simply placed our luggage on the floor without offering any assistance. It was unprofessional and frustrating, but we were too exhausted to argue after a long day. Our stay itself was fine. The room was comfortable, and the amenities were adequate. However, our check-out experience was another disappointment. The staff asked for our valet parking ticket, which I had handed to them during check-in. They didn’t return it with the folder of documents, and instead of resolving the issue smoothly, they began asking which staff member handled it. No one seemed to know. They advised us to report it as a lost ticket and pay 1,000 pesos, which I refused since it wasn’t our fault. The driver who parked the car had already left for his home province. While I understand the need for security measures, the situation was poorly handled. The hotel should have better systems in place to manage important items like valet tickets to avoid inconveniencing guests. This unnecessary hassle ruined what could have been a much better experience. I hope management takes steps to improve their service and processes.

Our spacious and elegant room provided the perfect retreat, making it easy to imagine spending our entire trip within the luxurious confines of Solaire. Every touch of hospitality made us feel truly valued. Each morning, we indulged in the best international buffet we've ever experienced, where Jayvee, the incredible manager, treated us like family, reserving our regular table and ensuring a warm, personalized dining experience. Everything was fresh, exquisitely prepared, and of the highest quality. Dining at Oasis was another highlight, where Hanna and her team provided top-notch service. The tandoori shrimp was unforgettable, bursting with rich flavors that left us wanting more. To top it off, Hanna and her team wrote us an amazing personal note, adding an unforgettable connection we won't soon forget. Beyond the dining and accommodations, the spa and gym staff were incredibly accommodating. We treated ourselves to the most relaxing massages and enjoyed the whirlpool, spa, and sauna—all included in our stay. It was the perfect way to unwind in absolute luxury. Top notch hotel. Beautiful decore, comparable to top hotels in Las Vegas. The staff was very friendly & helpful. Restricted certain things as no food from outside, my walkie talkie, my just bought karaoke machine (16x16) box to name a few. Told to leave it at baggage station till checkout.
