The hotel is centrally located and you are able to walk everywhere, no need for taxis. Hotel rooms are clean, the bed was heaven and the staff are excellent, AC was a bit noisy and toilet would not stop flushing however they did upgrade me as I was staying a week. The hotel and area were safe. I did ask for a metered taxi and instead had to wait for a grab which was 4 times more than a taxi, i never did that again. I did enjoy the pooI and would recommend this hotel

Room climate just right . Parking n/a . Service very good Leo housekeeping very helpful . Bell man CJ , help me weigh my luggage and even offered to bring weigh scale in my room . Hotel near the shopping mall , very convenient .

The staff is very hospitable and attentive. We really enjoyed your service and the accessibility of the hotel to the malls and eateries. I would personally like to thank the staff and Mr Lester at The Pantry who has given us above and beyond service and a wonderful surprise to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Thank you for making our first stay at Dusit Thani memorable. We look forward to our next stay in the near future.
