We stayed here for one night and it was a good hotel! We used the gym facilities and also went to the rooftop restaurant for drinks. The pool was very busy which we didn't use. Very minor issue was the bed was hard and a double bed is small for 2 people otherwise everything else was great

Pleased to inform that a complimentary bed topper is available upon request with our Housekeeping, for those guests that find the comfort of our beds not to their liking. Such a preference can be requested upon check-in, for your next visit. Likewise, our beds comply with the international standardize of 78cm x 78cm, which normally fits two people. I like the rooms and the view in particular. Great view of the city of Makati and beyond. Food is excellent - though please, more shrimp dishes?

Dear Valued Guest, Many thanks for your review! Regret the inconvenience caused by the elevator. Our hotel had been running full and had been hosting multiple events almost on a daily basis, which explains the elevator traffic in the hotel. Likewise, we have already assigned an elevator operator to manage the foot traffic and to make the elevator more efficient. Nevertheless, we have done significant enhancements in our elevator service that many guests have seen the positive changes over time, given the elevator constraint. Likewise, while our hotel is surrounded by recreational and entertainment establishments, it is generally safe with the presence of the local authorities and police in the area. Hotel is good but the staff is what got my attention they went above and beyond to assist us and that is what I call great customer service . One of the reception staff lend us his personal umbrella as as pouring raining

Room was excellent and staff were great. My only criticism is if you want the view you have to pay for it. Rooms are not cheap. My original room on the 21st floor faced on to a dirty grey wall that overlooked other apartments - i could see straight into one. I upgraded and the view was excellent. A bit pricey but worth it.

discovered this place on our initial landing in Manila, mainly the rooftop bar and pool, we booked here for our final 2 nights in the Philippines so we could lounge by the pool and use the bar and gym no gripes really, the rooftop food was OK, the drinks cheaper than down on the street which is weird, service a little slow just like the rest of the Philippines :) Location was great for the time we had there, not sure where else we should or could have been but would recommend this place
