First time going to this hotel. It is right beside it's sister hotel the City Garden. This one is newer, taller, has a rooftop pool and bar eatery looking over the city. I picked the deluxe with city view, and it looks great. It has a fridge tucked under the tv set. Very clean, spacious bathroom. Huge bed since I got the king. A.c.worked wonderfully and the shower has warm water from the start. They also provide laundry service, and the bag and prices will be in the closet. All in all, will go back there again. Their hospitality is great all day long

A little bit of an escape in Poblacion
This hotel is billed as a 5 star but if I’m being honest it’s more 4-4.5 star. First the positives: the rooms are spacious as are the bathrooms, we had a bathtub and a huge separate shower. Room service was very good; all the staff we passed always greeted us. The hotel is kept pretty spotless I don’t recall not seeing cleaning happening 24/7x The front desk was helpful and check in was quick. Now for the less stellar parts. The hotel is definitely dated on the inside and while very clean, it could use an update to be called 5 star. The rooftop pool has nice views but is quite small. The restaurant is decent but nothing special. The nightmare is the elevator situation. You will wait no less than 5-10 mins anytime you want to use them. There are 3 for a 32 floor hotel, not enough. When one went down on Saturday, there were long queues to use them. Had to wait almost 20 mins once. Not acceptable for a 5 star. Also I was on the 28th floor and still could hear traffic from my room and grab takes forever to arrive because the hotel is located at a HEAVY traffic block. The elevator situation makes me not sure I’d stay here again unless they remedy the situation. Shout out to Joseph and Darius for great service.
