The staff, as usual, was great. In the Residence Club: Ella, Jenny, Ricci, Hazel and Glen (and all the others who I do not remember the names}. Ella especially helped my 1st night since the Club was packed and I had to sit in the lobby area. Lounge/lobby bar: Neri, mgr/supervisor. Lobby pastry area: Stephanie. Cafe 1228: Raymund, mgr/supv, Front desk: Des & Matina. My stay was for 4 nights and I had trouble with the air conditioning the first few nights even though twice someone from engineering or maintenance came to try to fix it. I was eventually moved to another room. But I also often lost WiFi connection in both rooms during the entire stay. I did not use the pool but the gym was big and had lots of options.

Everything was excellent. The hotel, the breakfast and the room. we had a top notch couple massage too. The only part of our experience I do not recommend is the bar downstairs. The food was not good, the service was slow and unwelcoming (apart from one person who was very sweet), and it was overpriced for what you get.

Very clean. Workers are very courteous and very attentive to the needs of the guests. The breakfast buffet as usual is superb. Location is excellent, walking distance to Greenbelt and Glorietta Mall. Western style accommodations. Well worth your money.

Filipino hospitality throughout with staff, warm and kind. Great location for mall shopping. Smoking area outdoors. Great service in all amenities especially restaurants, lobby lounge and bar.
