It has met most of these expectations like clean room, great staff and shops nearby but not the Buffetts or room essentials like selections of drinks to choose from which majority of 5-stars hotel will provide.and if course the gym workout equipment were outdated and especially the free waits.

All good except, lighting controls are not individually zoned. Everything is connected to a single master switch so we can’t turn on night lights only if desired. I prefer to sleep with some dimmed lights on but since everything is controlled by master switch, I had to sleep with all lights on.

Having gone to Makati more then any other in Manila, this certainly may be one of my favorite properties. The staff alone is incredible, could not walk more then a meter without someone there offering assistance. Very kind and extremly friendly as well. The location too was great being right across from Greenbelt 3 entrance. Food was delicious along with extremly pleasent rooms. Would stay again.
