The room was so tiny, we couldn’t fit our bags in the room let alone open them up. The bed was the size of the room and I had to keep my luggage in the shower. It was the smallest room I have ever seen in my life. Very glad we were only staying one night :(

Generally a good experience. The room was very small with access only down one side of the double bed, but it was a cheap room for one night. It is well laid out with a good shower. The sink however is tiny, you can't even watch your hands without flooding the floor or the loo. And you can't use push the plug down which is really annoying as a contact lens wearer.

I just needed an overnight before catching a morning Eurostar. Conveniently located. Clean. It was very small - perfect for one person but could be a problem for 2. The bathroom is a decent size but the sink is comically small and with a large mirror jutting 3 inches out of the wall right above it, it is impossible to use for washing face. Providing facecloths is necessary.
Ridiculously small sink. Toothbrush for scale.

Our King bed room was small for two people, but very clean and updated. Location was close to quiet neighborhoods and major bus, underground, and train lines. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Well, I really appreciated the price point and the location of this property. I will say that they don’t have a lot of options for people with coeliac. They were very accommodating and put something together for me on my first day, but I expected more options for the £12 buffet. It was no worries though because they refunded the days I didn’t use the buffet. It is too bad because I don’t feel that my only meal at the buffet was worth the price but again I appreciate the staff efforts. The ac was also malfunctioning but the window worked perfectly. Love the tv cast option so my girlfriend and I could watch our shows from my iPad on a bigger screen!

Smallest room we’ve ever stayed in. Not even a chair to sit in. Really no place for your luggage. I should have checked dimensions before ordering. It’s an old building renovated to a new concept of smaller space. Staff were nice although I had asked for an extra pillow that they said would be brought up but never was.

Great budget hotel in a good location

Great budget hotel in a good location, check in time was quite long though and I was in a rush - more than one person on reception during peak check in time would be sensible.
