Check in was quick and easy. Lift to our floor was quick. Room was much more than expected. We booked a double but added a request if a double was available, it would be preferred and our request was completed so we found ourselves in our preferred room type with an amazing view of the London sky line too! The bathroom was clean, room was comfy and clean. Can’t fault our stay here, would go back again

The room smelt like cigarettes when we walked in and the bathroom had a lingering smell like number 2. However, The views from the room were pretty at nighttime. The rooftop bar was really pretty and had pretty good drinks I must say the drinks were expensive so be prepared to spend around $50 for 2 drinks.

Bar could have had a few more options of flavoured gins and vodka. Just my preference. Staff were friendly and warm on reception and in the bar. Room was immaculate and it had a fridge to store our drinks.

Lovely hotel, would recommend.

Lovely large clean room with a really comfortable bed. Great location for visiting the O2, only one tube stop away. Lovely staff and great choice at breakfast with a view over the city.

Stayed here for 6 nights. Checking was simple and my room on the 34th floor was more than adequate for me. The sauna and pool in the basement was nice as I always try to stay in a hotel with a sauna. Breakfast was really delicious and would definitely stay again
