Akir on reception was amazing lovely warm welcome, nothing too much trouble. Such a rarity to meet a really lovely person 💕 Housekeeping was a bit hit and miss on occasion and Akir was on it and it was sorted 😀.

The breakfast options for the buffet are pretty standard however the breakfast menu doesn’t have much variety. The hotel is good nonetheless. Pretty community and a good walking distance to canary wharf.
