The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean and well maintained. I liked the uniqueness of the property. The bathroom was very clean, however the shower door did not keep water from leaking on the floor. Also the tub was very deep and it was not the easiest to get out of for seniors. There were a lot of options for breakfast, both hot and cold.

Wonderful hotel. Really enjoyed a 3 night stay here for business. Single room was absolutely perfect. Felt cosy and at home there. Location is great with it being close to Lancaster Gate station and nice walks around Hyde Park / Kensington Gardens.
