Nice having extra bathroom and shower. Nice large king room and king bathroom. Great balcony. Would have been nice to have extra blanket. No housekeeping services due to individual owner policy and have to pay extra for anything. Kitchen needs more utensil, larger coffee pot, and baking sheets.

The kitchen drawer only had one fork. When we called the desk, we were told that the hotel wouldn't help because we didn't book through the hotel. There was no hot water in the kitchen and the shower in the second bathroom. We had to wash the dishes in the bathroom sink. I called the number listed on my itinerary to get help and never received a reply. Overall, a very poor experience.

I booked my experienced for 14days and omg, it was spectacular from arrival to departure. Staff was super helpful and kind. I'll be going back again because of how they made me feel. I must also add that everything was literally walking distance which will save you couple of $$$ 10 of 10 from me!

Hidden fees! Hidden fees!!!! This property was dirty!!! I don’t know the last time the floors were mopped or swept (tile floors throughout). One of the 2 bathrooms the shower wouldn’t drain. When I called to have this resolved they informed me it would be a $25 fee. We also needed an extra blanket but again were told this would be a $25 fee! You have access to 6 pools and a lazy river, IF THEY ARE OPEN!!! Only 1 of the 3 private tower pools were open and they it closed at 7pm. They allow you access to the mgm pool complex with 4 pools and a lazy river, but it was all rented out for a private event. Leaving 3 hotels worth of guests to use 1 small pool and a small lazy river!!! The host was unapologetic and unwilling to work with any of these issues!!!

Awesome place to stay and we will be back.

Four day stay for us. The property is located in building 1. That's good as you have indoor hallway access to the MGM, pools and shops-restaurants in the downstairs lobby and bodega type thing that stays open until like 2 am. They also have an Ice machine on each floor which is nice. Nice views all windows. Very quiet end location. Couple issues like some peeling wallpaper top of ceiling in hall bathroom (awesome having two bathrooms), loose or broken toilet seat (wasn't an issue) and sliding door to balcony doesn't lock. Don't worry, it would take a human fly or superman to get on the balcony from the outside. Cons are Valet only, but they are fast and you know your car (if you have one) is safe, Jacuzzi tub (didn't use) is a nice plus as well as double sinks. Oh, couple wall plugs weren't powering properly either, That could be anything from my cables to the plug. Who knows. Not a problem. But very good price for the comfort, space, location and views. I wouldn't hesitate to go back. Small issues I'm sure will be fixed now that they are noted. You can walk to lots of places really close like the restaurants at the Tuscany or Ellis Island. It's only a block off the strip but we drive as there are still sketchy people and zombies wandering around like everywhere these days. We are self-preservation people so ya, we don't like walking at night. The area itself is definitely better than going further North and staying. Place is nice, don't hesitate to rent this unit!

No housekeeping. No towel change. Not by MGM.

Appears that this listing is from a private party and not MGM. Which means, you get no MGM perks.no housekeeping either. No towel change, no toiletries. Had to call 4 different numbers to finally reach a 3rd party cleaning service who charged separately to come for housekeeping. The room is dated. The master shower leaked water all over the floor. Dirty tub. Dirty blanket and couch. Pay an extra $10 and book directly with MGM to get a better room.
