Masquerade tower is outdated, with tiles and counter tops cracked. Hot water runs out after 5 mins in the shower. Front desk was dismissive and seemed perturbed to assist us, but more interested in their side conversations.

The hotel was nice, and the rooms were huge! Very spacious and the view was amazing. The staff was great, but the options for coffee and food were limited. The high steaks restaurant was delicious and had a beautiful view from the 50th floor! The masquerade tower is clean but outdated. The pool looks amazing but bc of the season was closed. We were there in November. Glad we got to stay, but will choose a closer location to the strip next time due to lack of options.

Room 31022 . The first sink the fixtures did not work. The security deadbolt did not work so had maintenance repair. The hallway carpeting was worn and outside each room there was badly stained carpeting.

Room was clean but definitely outdated. The room does not have a microwave or coffee maker. No extra sheets or blankets for the pull out couch. Requested some through the AI Rio Rita and it was a mess. They eventually showed up but it was 1.5 hours after the request. The bed was very comfortable.

Room very clean. staff extremely helpful at check in and out. Also asking extra towel and T paper was an immediate response from housekeeping lady. Could not have been nicer. Only criticism would be elevators .. escalators need hood cleaning and up date elevator interior. Definitely these things showing the hotels age and only negative i had. Good value and location for Las Vegas
