King suite was outdated decor no microwave had to ask for face cloths and liquid soap. The iron looked like someone cooked with it. Housekeeping dropped the ball on this room. And on top of that found a live roach in the bathroom. Took pics and video and was only offered $50.00 room credit. I will never stay there again.

Located a little further from the Vegas strip than I thought. I had anticipated being able to walk there, but the path wasn't too safe. The check in station were my room was located was down so I needed to walk pretty far from the entrance to my elevator. Other than that no complaints.

There was a huge issue with escalator didn’t work and entire 52 floor building was depended on just 1 lift and it was stopping at each floor. I saw people on wheel chair was even waiting for more than 20 mins and many more for others. Some of them were climbing down the stairs 20+ floors. There was not enough people to care about this. The checking process is really time consuming if you have to be on queue, for most of us the app or kiosk screen didn’t work well. Apart from that the apartment has renovated and old buildings, so make sure you are getting the renovated one, else it’s can go against your expectations.

The Rio staff was excellent! Great bartenders and waiters. The room however was outdated and had stains on the lampshades. No washclothd. I even asked the room attendant for one and was told that she didn't have any. The room was huge though and the bed was comfy. The elevators were super fast which was cool. The upgrades that they did to the casino area were awesome. We will definitely stay there again but would book the upgraded tower.

The bathroom shower sliding door was hard AF to open and close , and the room too a long time to get cold , very close to EVERYTHING , and check in was a breeze , room was a nice size but the TV should be a lil bigger other than that it’s was just ok 6.5/10

Expedia didn’t book the room I paid for. The room was filthy, ran down, didn’t have wash clothes at all. The shower head was nasty and full of rust. I could get moved to the actual room I booked because they were full. Wilinda the manager was there best part of the stay. She was nice and understanding just trying to do her job. She deserves to work in a nicer place. Her customer service was prompt and I understood that she needed to follow protocol but she still took was willing to help. The first older blonde lady was rude and short… I could understand why because it wasn’t even busy when I first came for assistance. One other gentleman was kind and helpful as well. Providing clarity and patience and go a long way when customers are spending money for a service that they’re expecting to be well organized and mirrors what they paid for.
