Arrived about midnight to find long, slow check-in line with few employees working. Rio website check-in didn’t work, kiosk check-ins were mostly closed; tried an open one and it didn’t work. Called Rio Rita and was put on eternal hold. Finally reached the only apparently competent check-in clerk and he did a good job. Hotel has aura of a place heading out of business.

HAd an incident where another guest had 'mistakenly' unlocked the door and walked into the 'wrong' room!!?! Reported to security and front desk and they said they would cancel the card, to stop at front desk to get new cards. When we left the room, I checked the card and the original was still active. Went to front desk to see if there was anything else and wanted to speak to manager, but our Uber was waiting so had to leave. Still no phone call or updated info or credit by email. Will call manager after xmas.
