This has been the best Vrbo experience I have ever had! The owner, Nickee, was an absolute DELIGHT to work with! I had a few special requests due to the nature of my vacation, and she was so great about all of it! The house is spacious, clean, in a great neighborhood, and really more than expected! This listing met and exceeded our needs. It accommodated my spouse and I, my parents, and son. We were in town for a HS basketball tournament- Border League, and rented this home. There was plenty of room for my oldest son and his teammates to stay, but they needed that team bonding away from parents. The amenities were great for relaxing after games. The team came over for team dinner each night. The home has a heated pool, putting green, and basketball court. The Dudleys were very helpful and communicative. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It’s in a great location and only 15mins from the strip and Freemont St.

We booked this property to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with our immediate family, 9 in total. Everyone loved it! The entire backyard is a peaceful oasis. The slide needs repair but the rest of the amenities in the yard were perfect! The inside of the house was clean, beds very comfortable and host very responsive to anything needed. We would highly recommend this property.

This house was perfect for our trip. We traveled to Vegas for a basketball tournament. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, pots and pans, cookie sheets, plenty of plates, bowls, cups and silverware to accommodate our party of 12. Plenty of bath towels, pool towels, blankets and pillows. We noticed one of our toilets had begun to leak when we were leaving for our game and we reached out to host and the toilet was repaired/replaced before our game was even over. Host is very responsive and helpful. Definitely on our list to stay here when we visit Vegas.

Great house away from the strip

This house was our safe haven after The crazy days out on the strip. Easy to get to, close to many shopping centers, equipped with everything you need. We definitely over packed, the Dudley family thought of everything you could possibly need. Would not stay anywhere but here for our next trip to vegas

This property was perfect for our group! We found communication prompt and check in really smooth. The house was clean and the beds were really comfortable. The location was ideal for us as we wanted to split our time between the strip and Red Rock Canyon area. 10/10 would recommend.

Fantastic Place!

I looked at a lot of places to book for our family Memorial weekend and I’m so glad I chose this one. The backyard was perfect for our adult kids. Swimming, basketball & golf all in one spot with the comforts of home. The owners were more than accommodating and so kind. The house feels spacious with 4 bedrooms and two family rooms. I definitely recommend!!
