An Easy Fix
Can't judge a book by its cover! Upon arriving to this nice looking house I had serious issues accessing the old lock key box. I called the host who tried assisting over the phone. After failing to get box open with my finger nails I fortunately had some tweezers to help pry open the box. I was not only disappointed in the poor quality of this old box but the host first response in stating how far away she was to help resolve the problem. I had to let her know before finally gaining access she needed to do something. She said she'd work on it but 20 minutes into I got it open.
The next things noticed were simple fixes that should have been dealt with prior to our visit or months before.
1.Pantry and food should be cleared out thrown away if necessary.
2. Providing a set of utensils is a must and have enough for a family.
3. An iron had to be dropped off but still couldn't use it without a board.
4. More working light fixtures a must.
5. Leave a working remote control or directions on how to use TV. Never did get that working. One room didn't have a remote.
6. Keep handy essentials i.e. washcloths, dishwasher, sanitizer, pump soap. It's a nice place and neighborhood,but due to a lack of little investment and TLC its disappointing.
