We really enjoyed our time at the rental! Plenty of space, close to stores and restaurants and easy to travel to our concerts at Allegiant stadium. Cynthia was great at getting back to me to answer questions! We brought our Cairn terrier and he enjoyed the space and back yard! We would definitely stay here again! Only bad was tv in main bedroom just kept falling out plug. An a small wasp nest on back patio but i put paper towels in the holes so they where no a problem. But over all great say for me an the family!

This small house is located in a very quiet residential neighborhood with easy access to all conveniences. Internet went out a couple of mornings for brief periods due to provider issues - host responded quickly when the issue was raised.

The host was very attentive when there was a minor issue of the living room television not functioning. She was able to send someone to fix the issue. The property was centrally located to Las Vegas and had all the amenities that we needed. Very quiet and safe neighborhood which is always a concern for any tenant staying in a n unfamiliar city.

Great value for a short stay

We stayed a few days and the house was very clean and well kept in a nice and safe area. Very close to groceries and other amenities. The only small downside is the area isn’t the most walk-able with a dog and there’s not a park close by, though we made do. But for a quick couple of days this was definitely a good stay
