Front office staff were friendly however the transit shuttle was almost non existent after 11.00am. One hour from 4-5pm for transit was a joke. We had to walk the 1.9km in the semi dark from the airport as no one would drive the airport shuttle to pick us up and taxis and Ubers did not want to take us due to the low fare. Very poor start to a 10 day around the island trip.

It wasn't soundproof When I told the staff that it isn't soundproof as mentioned on google She didn't say sorry either She said tell me if you wanna leave before 11 so i can check you out
