The check-in process was extremely frustrating. It required multiple phone calls telling me I'd receive links to confirm check in which didn't come through. Even with all the phone calls to confirm, the process the check-in confirmation was not provided until two hours after the scheduled check-in time. The intercom code also did not work, which meant we had to wait for someone else to arrive before we could access the letterbox. The designated car park was already occupied. As instructed, I contacted reception, but the callback came an hour later and the guidance provided on alternative parking was confusing and inadequate. Unfortunately, the apartment itself was not clean. There was hair throughout the bathrooms and on the bedding, live cockroaches in the cupboards, and the hand soap in the bathroom was empty. The shower door handle was missing, and the balcony door did not lock, which raised safety concerns. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.

Property seems quite new and is very clean. Still building work going on so not all amenities available. Booking/checkin seems to be via 3rd party and was a little confusing and required a number of calls and call backs to organise as we were going to be late arriving.

Modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with lovely water views. Well-appointed kitchen and nicely furnished with really comfy beds. After-hours check-in and parking a little complicated but do-able. Not that many eating places in close walking distance but if you don’t mind walking 15-20 mins there are some. Would stay again as it was good value for money compared to other optionsnice

The property has parking facilities in it. The property manager, Ms. Rain is very helpful. The unit is very clean and well maintained. If you plan to cook you should carry pantry staples with you. The stay was very comfortable

Room was amazing with a great view. Staff were very friendly. Dirty plate was found in cupboard but that is an easy mistake. Was very quiet seeing as building is still being finished. Car park is hard to manoeuvre in a bigger car. Only a 2 seater lounge in an apartment for 4 people. We loved this apartment and would stay there again without hesitation especially when the pool area is finished.

A little known gem on the Gold Coast

A great central place on the Gold Coast to stay. Apartments are new amd very modern and even though the 2nd tower is under construction, don't let that put you off from booking. Enjoy!
