I liked the suite, the view the independent amenities in the room, but I didnt like that the airconditioning in the room was never cool when I had it on 18, it just doesnt work to provide the given temperature. Plus the hall ways are not air conditioned either, but level 2 is. So its giving a good impression on entering, but leaves a lot to be desired on other floors (air conditioning only. The rest of the hotel is lovely and the girls at the front are nice too. If the aircon was up to scratch it would be a 5 star.

Thank you for your review. It is always good to receive feedback. Unfortunately for the beauty of the penthouse and the stunning views, it is over 3 levels including a large rooftop. Stairs are inevitable. There are 2 separate lounge areas to enjoy and the dining area is normally set up on the balcony to enjoy the view. There are shutters to close this off from the outside weather. There is also a large dining area on the rooftop that is sheltered. A breakfast bar is also set up if you choose not to eat inside. The owner designed the furniture to suit the Gold Coast outdoor living.

Second bedroom was very hot and stuffy, no fan, had to sleep with sliding door open, which made it very noisy. Good location. General cleanliness was average, I sat on the carpet and all these dirt partials stuck to my leg and I looked under the couch and it was terrible. Also only 1 bin liner for an 8 night stay. The smell of the hallway was rather funky

We loved the location so close to the broadwater,Eateries and the parks straight across the street to go for a stroll a anytime.... The only thing that if anything to pick on was you could hear the music slightly coming from downstairs in the pub late at night but that was only friday/Saturday nights. Overall a great place to stay for couples or the whole family....

We were really looking forward to our stay. We had been here 10 years ago. I didn’t like the check in process. Reception was closed and we had to use after hours check in process. Got told to come back again 45 mins later as we were early. It would’ve been nice just to get the key, park the car and sat around the pool but we had to leave and come back. When we came back after hours reception didn’t answer the phone. Another waiting guest ended up calling the main number as they too couldn’t get an answer. It wasn’t the best value for money. Our unit faced the carpark looking at the western sun. When we finally got to our room I pulled out a fan remote and the battery fell out of it. I opened the fridge to get a cold water and there was no water jug. Luckily we met a beautiful permanent resident who helped orientate us. They only supplied 1 room key which was crazy considering 4 of us were in the 2 bedroom apartment. I wish we had stayed at another location. This is the only average review rating I have ever supplied.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry your stay with us was not what you expected. We do have many different room types available. The room type you booked was a night owl room. If you wish to have a water view, there are 3 different types available to book. They are only a few dollars more than the room you stayed in. We do have someone on site 24hrs. If you find anything wrong with your room, you can always call our night service who will attend to you straight away. We only supply one key until guests have registered with reception the following day. This is a standard practice for most apartment buildings. We hope we see you and your family again soon and supply a better holiday next time.
