Ok accomodation, reflects the price as cheap and cheerful. Large pool, good for young kids. Good location, central to everything. Apartments very dated and lounges / furniture needs replacing. Aircon works but is super old and noisy. Some basic small things missing - mismatched glassware and not much in the cupboard. Soap bars provided in bathrooms but no shampoo / body wash etc. Tiny, narrow parking spots under the building - beware if you have an SUV or large car.

Very tired - dishwasher didn't work. Remotes didn't work although the next day manager fixed and replaced no air con on a very cold night. No toilet paper even to start - great after a long trip..... Not Be advised no lift when unpacking

We are sorry to hear that you were not happy with your stay, the manager attended to all requests immediately to fix what seem to be the problem. On our website we advertise a 3 story walk up that means NO LIFT!

The pool was awesome. Room was fine. They only gave us one set of keys for 6 people. Receptionist hours are not good considering you can't check in untill 2 only person available was the after hours guy this was at 12.30pm. One of the padio chairs were broken

Thank you for your feedback, we have an after hour check in where we sms late check in procedure to your mobile phone. our office hours on the week end and public holidays are from 9:00am to 12:00pm, during the week we are open from 9:00am to 4:00pm. We only put 1 set of keys in the after hour safe and the 2nd key is given when you sign in with your registration form the following day. We are very sorry for your inconvenience and sincerely hope that you have enjoyed your stay at Blue Waters Holiday Apartments.

The staff were very friendly. The apartment was very clean and tidy. The decor and building itself was old and in need of a good facelift. Old paint and water damaged cupboards. It was clean and tidy though.
