I wanted to share some feedback following our recent stay. On arrival, we waited approximately 20 minutes past check-in time as our room wasn’t ready. While we appreciated the complimentary drink card, it didn’t fully offset the inconvenience. Unfortunately, we also found that the spa bath in our room was not working, which was disappointing. Additionally, when attending breakfast, we were not advised of the cost. At $55 per person, this came as a surprise, as we had assumed, given the cost of our stay (over $1,500 for two nights), that breakfast may have been included. As this stay was to celebrate our 10-year anniversary, we had hoped for a more seamless and considered experience. Overall, we did enjoy aspects of our stay, however I felt it was important to provide this feedback.

in spite of messaging so many times i still did not get connecting room while check in. it was so difficult with kids to have 2 separate room's. if there was no rooms i should have been informed earlier so that i would have looked at another option.

Overall, it was a good stay. Just a couple of things that could improve. Ran out of toner for the printer at the concierge. No replacement toner available. Conditioner dispenser in shower did not work properly.

Clean spacious room with great view of the cathedral. Housekeeping were very efficient and friendly. Breakfast was very good quality with great coffee. Hotel was stunning in a beautiful quiet location, away from the city hustle and bustle. Overall we had an amazing stay.

An excellent room on Floor 19 which was clean and quiet. Plenty of room and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. However, the Gold Star goes to the team working the breakfast shifts. Christmas Day and Boxing Day were extremely busy, but the staff kept the machine working super efficiently. Add to this the quality of the food and you have a great experience. We travel extensively and this hotel is among the best we have ever stayed at in this price range.
