We stayed at the Biltmore Los Angeles for two nights. I chose the hotel because of its proximity to 1) a subway station and 2) good restaurants. We did request no room cleaning, which was fine. Our room had a king bed, as requested, and it was comfortable. Even though we were on the eighth floor, sounds from the street wafted up frequently. The only bad component of the room was the TV remote, which had a low battery or faulty keyboard that prevented easy selection of channels.
The bill or guest information was a revelation: a daily $39 destination fee that “included” WiFi access, health club access, domestic pkone calls, and daily credits for food and dry cleaning. We did not use any of these except for the WiFi. The valet parking cost $70 per day.
