They do not have a loading and unloading zone like most hotels, which makes getting your suitcases in and out of the hotel difficult and the parking spots are so narrow that even my compact car had trouble opening the doors on both sides to get in and out of the car. The staff was not helpful with this and overall were unable to answer my questions in a way that made sense. Worst of all, after a long day of traveling I was looking forward to getting into the hot tub but, unlike most hotels I've stayed at, this one closes their hot tub at 9pm and doesn't let anyone in past 8pm. So, I never got to use the hot tub because I couldn't get back to the hotel and into the hot tub or pool by 8pm after eating dinner. The amenities are useless if they aren't available during the times most people want them.
