Went for a birthday weekend. The reception staff were polite and friendly, had a reply to every question. The room was lovely, meet all our requirements. Great night sleep. I can't describe how helpful the reception staff was with helping us make the best of our stay. At one point we were about to miss your Ghost Bus Tour and the staff made it happen by ordering us a taxi. The ability to store our luggage after checking out made the rest of the day in Edinburgh worry free. Thank you Ibis and staff, yours Dom.

Great location central to most tourist attractions in Edinburgh and close to public transportation for trips further out. Staff was friendly and helpful and they had the best continental breakfast I’ve ever had. I hope I can stay here again someday!

Good stay

I would have liked more time taken to edplain the lift procedure. It was quite fast and i didnt catch thay i was supposed to use a card in the lift. Im first time in this hotel. A customer explained it to me when i got confused in the lift. The bar man was very friendly. The room is great. Very clean. Brill bed. Breakfast good. Great to see boiling water for tea. Some places its coffee machine water for tea. Thank you for the oat milk at breakfast. And toasters that toast. Wonderful.

Edinburgh short stay

Great location in Edinburgh city centre-ideal for a weekend or city break. Room was comfortable and clean but we had no outlook. We weren’t in the room much so it wasn’t a deal breaker. Buffet style breakfast was super-great choice and help yourself style layout. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Ibis Styles did it again!!

Such a brilliant stay, members of staff were incredibly helpful & knowledgable. The room was incredibly clean & was extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice place to stay whilst in Scotland.
