Pleasant

Room very nice and clean. The minibar was empty which wasnt really an issue but I did expect there to be complimentary bottles of water but no. The spa area was pleasant although the changing area could do with a bit of attention, hair dryers not working, swimsuit spin dryer not working, several lockers not working. Carparking a bit expensive for a place where you really need a car to get to. Breakfast was great and all staff very welcoming and helpful.

Beautiful peacefull area. It is next to the airport but its quite cool to see the planes come past so close. Only downfall is because its next to airport you get all sorts. Quite boisterous loud families of 10+ The hotel is lovely Pool and facilities great, a hit with the kids

Stayed to attend my daughter’s graduation and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly if they tried. Rooms were great and the beds were extremely comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel... Parking however less than ideal.

Booked hotel as price was competitive and wanted to make use of the pool and spa while I visited Aberdeen area for work. Hotel was nice. Room a good size. Good offering for breakfast. Pool was decent too. Parking however was far from ideal. Firstly having to park in the exhibition underground car park a good brisk 5+ minute walk from the hotel was not good especially as it was raining when we arrived. Secondly, having to pay £15 per night on top of the price of the room?? Really? I've I'd known that at time of booking, I would have went elsewhere. If you fix that? It's a decent option for Aberdeen.

Very dissatisfied

Disappointing experience. A foreign object was found inside a burger served at the hotel restaurant, resulting in injury. The issue was reported immediately, and while staff acknowledged it, there was no meaningful follow-up within the promised timeframe. A serious food safety concern that was not handled with the level of care or urgency expected from a hotel of this standard.
