I booked this hotel as I was working for a few days in Dundee and decided to take my family too. We’d stayed in a Hampton hotel in York before and it was really great. So this felt like an easy choice, but it was a bit disappointing. The breakfast was a bit meh, especially the gluten free options. It would have been nice to have some cereal. I did get porridge though. There was also gf toast (the most cardboard like you can get) and gf sausages on request. The rest of the breakfast was just a bit sub par compared to York. And the restaurant area was soulless. Maybe some music would help. The room was nice and clean, but the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Good location and friendly staff.

Another great stay at the hotel. Comfy big bed meant a great sleep. Free buffet breakfast with hot and cold food. Centrally located. Only downside is the £10 for overnight parking onsite.

Myself and my niece had a lovely stay. She is Celiac and can not eat Gluten, the staff were so accommodating and helpful from the nighttime menu to breakfast too. The chef cooked a breakfast especially for her. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was lovely, two queen beds, tv, tea/coffee making facilities and a spacious shower room and toilet. Would highly recommend the stay, I hadn’t realised l needed to pay for parking £10 per night the staff at reception helped with this and l was able to pay for this half way through my stay. A thank you to the staff who made our staff more enjoyable as nothing was too much trouble.
