Need brighter lighting in the room; more complimentary tea and coffee for the room, the air conditioning can be temperamental. Breakfast is free and adequate but breakfast timings could be extended, at least for weekends. Staff are very helpful. Quite expensive for what the hotel provides.

Met our needs for 10 hour stay.

Absolutely no complaints on accommodation and service provided. Room spotless and WiFi strong enough to run firestick flawlessly. Only drawback we had an early flight so never got benefit of hot food buffet from 6.30 although at least could get express breakfast from 4am with tea coffee toast and various cereals. No hesitation booking again. Didn't use evening restaurant due to early to bed and early rise.
