Upon arrival and departure we just stood there and were not greeted by the attendant and then when my husband said want to check in or check out they said one moment. Better customer service would be greet your customer and if you are in the middle of something say- I’ll be with you in minute. We felt like an inconvenience. Then no one explain that we needed to put the room key card in a “special holder” to make the room or bathroom lights work. The holder wasn’t marked and there wasn’t a sign that said how to b able to make the lights work or anything. It took us 20 minutes to figure out how to get the lights on. We were about to go down and ask the desk and my husband happened to touch the holder with the key and the lights turned on. Other than that the hotel was very nice and clean. Great coffee with a great breakfast.

This was a lovely hotel that met our needs. I thought the restaurant in the hotel was a little pricey and had a very limited menu. We had a car so we did not use the transit in the area, but I did see bus stops along the way.
