Great hotel, can't really fault it. I booked very late on the same day for work purposes and they called to let me know a wedding was on and my room was directly over it, they offered to waive any fees if i were to cancel which I appreciated. I went anyway but it's great communication by the hotel to call and mention the wedding, The noise in the room was crazy, but it died down at 10:30 and stopped completely at 11pm so not bad and I was warned so no complaints there. The room itself was very comfortable and spacious, had a great night's sleep in the bed and the rain shower was great. I had dinner and breakfast here and both were very good. Overall, highly recommended and I will be back!

Outstanding in every way.

Rooms were very comfortable; food was interesting, varied and well presented. Afternoon tea - outstanding! The grounds are beautiful and well kept. Excellent place to stay - though a bit overwhelming with weddings on both the days we were there!!

It was an amazing experience to stay in this beautiful hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and room was beautiful. Would’ve loved to stay longer . Just remember to come back before they lock their main entrance at night

Georgian hotel

The hotel was beautiful Georgian style. The Kintyre suite was spacious and the bed was very very comfortable. The jacuzzi bath was a great treat. Hotel staff were friendly and hospitable. Breakfast was perfect, lots of options ( nice brown bread) and honey! The general atmosphere was relaxed. Not too far from Stirling and the Highlands were we ventured to next..

Definitely recommend

Very nice sized room, clean and all the commodities you like such as a spacious comfortable bed, nice ambient lighting and comfortable chairs for sitting doing work at desk. Had a lovely meal in restaurant which was excellent value and very tasty with a fantastic breakfast and options available
