Great room and comfortable bed. Great sound proofing as we were above the station concourse Loved the champagne bar. Only complaint was cutlery and napkin left outside our room for the duration of our stay. Oh, and the barman who said “24” for our drinks on the first night. Not “£24 please”. Just a bit rude.

New hotel for us and really enjoyed our stay. Young lady on reception was most helpful & informative. Our room was spacious and spotless and the bed very comfortable. The cocktails in the Champagne bar also very tasty. Plenty of choice available at breakfast with square slice sausage being a big plus. Also real toasters and not the usual contraption that either produces warm bread or a cremated offering. Hotel very centrally located with a great choice of restaurants and bars within walking distance.

A great iconic hotel with lovely staff and good facilities overall. Unfortunately , I had a problem accessing my room due to the key pad malfunctioning , even after a repair it didn’t work , eventually I was moved room , it was all very inconvenient. There was no token of apology , but the hotel was busy . Otherwise it was a nice stay .

Amazing location in the heart of the city! You can walk anywhere and have access to a lot of fun places close by. The hotel is great with a very friendly/helpful staff that will do what they can to make sure you have a great stay! Having breakfast included in your stay is a must… the options are great and you just need to go downstairs to a very comfortable breakfast room!
