Stayed in a deluxe apartment, 1 bedroom. There is nothing deluxe about it. The photos advertised look nothing like the actual room. The quality was much poorer. The apartment was also not clean enough. Breakfast was ok. Be aware of the significant noise from the street. On both the Sunday night and Monday night I stayed a pub close by played live music until 2am making it difficult to sleep. Overall, a poor experience.

I thought the property was located in an excellent area. Close to restaurants and shopping as well as the local sites. Some challenges were that the suites do not have air conditioning. While this may be ok for most of the year it was VERY hot and uncomfortable. The hotel did provide us with floor fans to help. We were told to open the windows for cooler air but our room was on top of a night club and music and club goers were noisy until 3:00am. All in all, aside from our two challenges we enjoyed our stay.

Nice but..

The room and bed and kitchen were top-notch. The location has lots to do and good transport. Communication was lacking. I didn't get the discount code for parking or my wifi code in time to use them. There are no clear instructions on how to get from parking to hotel. The staff are not forthcoming or well informed. Disappointing, because the room was really comfortable. Except that there is no way to control the temperature, which was too warm for me at night.

Clean, Furniture and doors very dated, scratched and looking very shabby. Apartment was really dark, even with the lights on. Great location though.

Luxurious hotel which provides everything you would need for a longer-term stay! There's plenty of space in the rooms (the ceiling was extremely tall!) plus loads of toiletries and in our room, there was even a fan :) very central too so ideal for people who want to explore Glasgow a little bit. ❤️Had no issues overall and for what it was, it was very cheap!

Great to relax, close to shops

Very easy access to go in or out. No steps at the entrance and 2 lifts or stairway to get to rooms through wide corridor. Bed and bedding very comfortable, very clean and nicely furnished. Happy! Carpark right beside hotel.
