English sparkling wine not available for our celebration meal with friends. Told we could have the Moët but would have to pay the difference?!!! Didn’t argue at the time but mentioned the poor customer service at the desk next morning. Chap agreed it was a pretty poor show and took our room number to mention it to management…,heard nothing! Just thought this was a poor way to leave a good impression.

Stay was based on attending Gregory Porter at the armadillo. Hotel is adjacent so works well . Hotels getting a little dated but clean , service was good considering the intensity of the crowds , Bar food was fine , breakfast good . Room (10th floor) had a great view and comfortable . Would use again for attending events . Only downside very pricy drinks especially the wine .

Close to the Hydro where our event was. The room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Staff were all exceptional and friendly. We loved the idea of pre-ordering post event drinks which were waiting on a reserved table for us when we returned. Excellent idea. The food we had in the bar before our event was so tasty! Excellent choice at breakfast too. I’ll be back to this hotel - worth the money

I found our first room to be fairly good. Our second room 1205. Had a foul odor and made me ill. I have asthma. The staff offered to spray it. But I have asthma.

Staff were very kind and polite, hotel was beautiful and glad to have this as our place to stay for the first time coming to Glasgow! Little bit of dust and few flys in room but nothing serious. Had a disabled room even after being Told the room was going to be changed, again, nothing serious or a problem! Brilliant all round
