Can’t comment on breakfast as we never had it, hotel was lovely, clean and warm. Staff were very helpful and the children loved the warm cookies, we enjoyed the pool. Overall a great stay as always.

The moment I stepped into my room, I was hit with the smell of mold—like the smell of a towel that hasn’t dried properly. It only got worse whenever I took a shower. Also I spotted a bug crawling on the ceiling. On top of all that, there was construction happening in the building that was pretty disruptive. Overall, I’d suggest skipping this hotel. There are many others in the area if you’re going for proximity to the city center.

when we arrived we were given a room with 2xqueen beds and baby cot set up. This was odd as I had not booked this - and we didn't have a baby. I queried the room and someone came to remove it but it turns out that there was also no hotwater in the shower. We tried the following morning and the afternoon but we could not get any warm water for either shower. It was sort of fixed for the final morning we were there - but I would noot say it was hot.

Stayed with 2 friends over a night. Location is convenient but looked a bit dodgy across the hotel. Everything is in a walking distance, great for shopping and dining out. Initially asked a sofabed but wasn’t in our room on arrival. After asking front desk, they quickly changed the room exact same size with a sofabed. Room didn’t have enough towels and hair dryer. overall it was a good stay but maybe our expectations to Hilton were too high, especially for off season.
