Not the best service

Well it’s started off amazing. Michelle gave us such a warm welcome. We got a superior room due to celebrating too which was great. We ordered some drinks up the to the room and this is where it went wrong. Having got the wrong order we then ordered another couple of ciders. An hour later they still hadn’t arrived. There was only one towel in the room which we only found out when one of us was in the shower. We called to get a second and after waiting 20 minutes my partner went down to get it herself. Request for extra pillow was also ignored. Michelle again was amazing giving us the order of drinks and a complimentary taxi to our cocktail place. However due to the time this all took we were very very later for our booking and so missed it! We also didn’t have time to fully get ready and it added a lot of stress to the night which is sad as that was a lot of money for us to spend on a hotel and it wasn’t the best.

The room was comfortable and spacious. Nicely decorated. My only criticism would be the shower water pressure. The staff were lovely and food was great.

Great hotel and location. Room was very clean, comfortable bed and pillow. There was an issue with another guest not respecting others but this wasn't the hotel's fault so I've given 5 stars. We'll definitely stay again

The hotel is absolutely stunning from when you walk through the front door to the room and then the bar and restaurant. To top it off the staff were excellent. Will definitely stay here again.

Myself and my husband went to stay at this hotel following a good recommendation. Unfortunately our expectation was not fulfilled. The room was dirty (cobwebs, dust, McDonalds wrappers), the shower was leaking badly, there was lots of black mould around the shower and there was also a patch above the shower. On the day of arrival we were informed of ongoing works which started at 9am each morning. So needless to say we were awoken by this in the morning. The foyer was dirty also. Would not recommend.
