While the hotel itself is lovely parking was a real issue, no onsite parking & if you don’t have a mobile phone to scan for parking at the hotel you don’t get discount at car park which is a 10 minute walk from hotel

A lot to love

It was wonderful. They let me check in early and gave me a beautiful updated room. I ate at the restaurant several times and enjoyed it. The staff were personable and kind with one exception. (Takes all types.) I will stay here again if the occasion arises.

The hotel was very nice. The rooms were gorgeous & bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately due to flight issues we arrived in Edinburgh with enough time to grab a bite to eat & sleep. We had to meet our tour at 8:00am.

The hotel is Located near a big new shopping mall and not far from Royal Mile. The food at the hotel restaurant is very good.

Very nice hotel. We stayed there for a couple days before our Vacations by Rail tour we were taking. Location is great - not far to the Royal Mile. Also numerous restaurants ands convenience store close by. Hanna at the Front Desk was incredible - she went over and beyond in customer service.

Location is key!

This hotel’s location is perfect—close enough to enjoy everything the Fringe Festival has to offer, but far enough from the chaos to feel safe and peaceful. The staff was wonderful—friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Plus, the hotel itself is aesthetically pleasing, with a stylish and comfortable atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again!

The property and especially the room were exceptionally neat and clean. I appreciated being able to use the pool and locker areas before check-in. It was great to be able to shower and sheave after an overnight flight. 2:30 check-in is definitely a plus vs. more usual 4:00 time. Would like a business center offering for desktop & printer. I was initially disappointed in view (other buildings and alleys) but also appreciated that my room was very quiet.

Very comfortable, stylish hotel in a really great location for getting around central Edinburgh or, as I was doing, going to the Fringe. Comfortable hotel.

Had a very comfortable stay . The room was spacious . We loved the cocktail bar and restaurant. The spa facilities were great. My only issue was that the pool was freezing. Over-all, a l9vely trip!

I had booked two rooms. I checked in for both rooms early in the day but could only get keys to one room because the room was not ready. Later in the day when we went to pick up the keys they gave away the room & had to put us in another hotel which was not very nice.
