Arcade Hotels in Mexico

I had stayed earlier at Riu Las America in Cancun and I feel this time Riu didn’t really live up to the experience as much as last time. I won’t say it was terrible but it was just a bit off. The restaurants were located very dar away from our room and we had booked the Riu Party room so.. it was a lot of walk back and forth. There were no elevators.. The rooms were very dusty.. to my surprise, they don’t offer shower caps or even body lotions.. Overall the staff was really pretty nice and they also had quiet a few vegetarian options at their buffet restaurants which was great. I would recommend going there with the mindset that you would really have to walk a lot and carry everything you might need as I felt I wasn’t prepared well

The Hotel staff was very kind and helpful. The all inclusive was worth it as we were inside premises and had breakfast lunch and dinner there. The beach is very clean and they have a lifeguard there morning to evening. The food was very tasty on all 4 restaurants of the hotel.

Was wife was charged extra for no reason. When she asked for an itemized receipt they gave her excuses why they couldn't do it. Do not stay at this hotel.
