The overall ambiance was great. The wait staff and bartenders were outstanding! The hotel service was a little lacking. I called a couple of times for items and they would take a long time to deliver. On several days, our rooms weren’t cleaned until late afternoon. As I was sitting in the lobby throughout my stay, I noticed new guests were greeted very differently than us. We weren’t given full explanation about restaurants, events, and other resort procedures. We were just given our cards and bracelets and told we had to return them at the end of our stay. I would’ve also liked more breakfast options.

I like that is right on the beach. I was able to hear the ocean from my room at night. People are very polite and welcoming. There was days where the food was really good and days that were not. The steak restaurant is good. The thing that I did not like is that for some restaurants you have to pay or if you want a different or higher end of meat. They had sites where normal people where not allowed. And if you were not a member the waitress at pool or by the beach couldn’t serve you. We had to walk ourselves to the bar for drinks. The rooms not the spacious also. The really downside was that there main pool was close. There Michael Jackson impression was the best I’ve seen!

This resorts location is great. They provide bikes that can be used in the run/bike trail. The beach is clean and offers multiple full massages for a low price. The pool is great and relaxing, but also offers fantastic entertainment. Would love to stay here again.

Staff are very friendly. Property itself is very large, so be prepared to walk a lot. Some confusion with staff as to what restaurants were open and what times, so ended up missing a meal one day. Food was about par, nothing special. It's a very kid friendly resort, so the pools were very loud.

Had a great time with my children. Borrowed buggy boards and that was so much fun. The food is great, the service amazing. Every employee we had interacted with was very friendly and helpful. Great entertainment for adults and children. My best experience in an all inclusive in Mexico by far! Thank you 😊

It was our first time in Mexico, and this all-inclusive resort was an amazing experience. All the staffs are nice here and the resort is very safe.

Best all inclusive I have ever experienced. Food is great, lots of activities, quiet pool if you prefer. Service is amazing. Worth the investment.

Great 4 night stay in PVR for the family. Beach and pools were really nice. Food and entertainment were good but we were craving a bit more variety by the end. Super helpful and friendly staff. Loved the mojito stand by the beach.
