The staff is not friendly to expedia bookings. They put us in a far off building with a broken elevator and far from all the restaurants and pools. Every time we got out, we had a 10m walk to anything. We didn't mind it cos we like to get our steps in. We did a tour of the resort and got a chance to view some of the rooms in the newer buildings. I realized we got a really raw deal on that as well. The room we got also had a really loud AC and our 4y old kept waking up whenever it started through out the night. I checked with Expedia to help change it, I also checked with the reception for a change nothing worked. The food options are average. I've been to similar resorts in other locations in Mexico like Cancun and Cabo and options are very minimal. The food tastes good though. If you don't like salty food, then 60% of the buffet might not be for you. Pools are great. My kid had a lotta fun. Beach access and towel options are great.

Had to walk over a quarter mile to a complex that appears to be an after thought on this property. The smell inside the unit was foul which made us leave the door open for several hours to send the funk outdoors. No bellhop service when we checked out. They placed a "hold" on my credit card for incidentals and damages. It's six days later and it hasn't been refunded. Won't use this crooked location again.

The room was kept very clean and nice. The staff are almost all very kind and friendly. The ones who helped with our luggage and getting a taxi were exceptional. The food for dinner in the buffet could be better. The watermelon and apples were soggy. The meat is overcooked and hard to chew. Breakfast is very good. The wine was not good. The reserved meals were very good. We had a great time and enjoyed the food on the beach. Thank you!

We were very pleased with the stay at this resort. The beach in this area is excellent for walking and swimming. The shuttle services provided by the property were extremely helpful for people with limited mobility in our group.

Very confusing listing on Expedia. It looks like it may have been all-inclusive but it was not. You can't qualify for all-inclusive unless you stay at least 3 nights and it is $100/night/person which is steep since the food isn't that great and the drinks were not worthy either. We were upgraded I am sure to get us to buy into one of their time shares. The beach was great for going on a long walk and the waves were fun. Great shopping mall part of the property that was convenient and not too pricey.

The staff are so nice, Antonio from the snack bar was always so attentive. The rooms were terrible so dated and the beds are impossible to sleep. The nicer rooms and views are for members only. We complaint at front desk and they wanted us to pay more to move us to another room . The food it is terrible, cheap and taste bad. The only good thing is the snack options. But the morning buffet and dinner are really bad. Great actuvities for everyone during the day and the shows at night were really good. The pools are great and the location is great as is closer to the marina where many tours take off, and you feel really safe walking around the area. They have a little mall outside and a hospital if in case of emergency. The only sad part was the room, beds and food. We had option to go to the specialty esstaurant and we went to the Mexican one and the food is better, but it takes forever for your food to get to your table, it did not wow the food but it was better that buffet.

Very nice place and accommodation with great attention to details. No complaints, all went well with everything: food quality and variety, staffing and amenities. The only thing I’d comment is the amount of bills and receipts that need to be signed even if you didn’t consume anything or your meal/drinks were included in the package. I’d come back again if this thing is fixed. Thanks.

The staff are amazing we were upgraded for our anniversary and it was such a nice surprise. We’ve been going for years and will continue to come back because it’s fun family friendly and safe.

We stayed there for 5 nights. We did not get the all-inclusive so we did not eat at the resort. The facility was very clean and maintained. There’s a plaza/mini mall about a 5 minute walk away that was convenient. We ate there a few times and they had a grocery store there that was very convenient as our room had a kitchen. We felt absolutely safe as the area felt more like a gated community. Not being all inclusive restricted us in some ways, we weren’t able to participate in some of the evening events which we thought was a little unfair considering we were guests. They also have bikes and pickleball court you can rent, but all inclusive only allowed you to do it for two hours and then you had to pay afterwards. They have a gym room, but you have to pay to use it. Even if you’re all inclusive, you still have to pay for the gym. If it’s really all-inclusive, you think they would allow you to use the facilities more freely. We are glad we went the non all-inclusive route, it allowed us to enjoy the resort and go out and see different areas.There were two shows we did get to watch which were fun and entertaining. The marina is beautiful and the beach for us was a highlight. The beach water wasn’t as clear as other places we’ve seen to but is swimmable and you can check out boogies boards, frisbees etc which we enjoyed..

No guacamole at any meal. No hair conditioner in the rooms! People puking in the pool! We saw so many people eating in pool and dropping food in the pool.
