Our waiter Angel by the pool was absolutely amazing!!! He catered to my entire family and made my 7 year old daughter feel so comfortable. All of the wait staff was wonderful! They remembered what drinks and snacks we liked most and kept them coming! It was so nice to get to know everyone. We will definetly be coming back! Thanks for a great time!

Beautiful property and surrounding community. Staff was great as well as the resort dining options. As long as you know the limitations of all inclusive package ahead of time, you’ll be pleased. Although only there a week, it felt like an inclusive community. Would go back.

The all inclusive package worked out well for us, with a family of five. The only thing I would suggest to avoid is in the lobby there are a few reps trying to convince you to join a lecture about time sharing which are quite annoying and eventually we just didn’t enter the lobby to avoid them.

Seems like maybe the place used to be nice, but na. The all inclusive "food" was terrible, the room wreaked of mildew and the elevetor was broken 3 of the 4 nights we were there. The beach was clean and the staff were nice which is why it didn't get 1 star.

My kids loved the crocodile pool slides and the rest of us loved the poolside waiters! The staff was friendly and facilities were clean.
