The rooms were ok, beds were too soft,had to constantly ask for toilet paper to be refilled. Staff enter rooms at night when guests are the entertainment and call it turn down service but none of our beds were ever done. Just felt unsafe and creeped out because of this happening! Food and restaurant staff was great and bartenders were terrific

La habitación estaba bien,limpia y agradable ,todo el personal muy amable las camaristas,los de los buffets y restaurantes an especial la persona que me ayudó para abrir la caja fuerte ya que se desprogramó y necesitaba en ese momento abrirla , muchas gracias!!

Room was great. Clean and great well taken care of. Buffet food was surprisingly good. Ate dinner at the Steakhouse, Italiano, Kyoto and Krystal. Enjoyed them all except Krystal. (not my kind of food but others in our group enjoyed it). As with any resort, too many saved loungers by the pool but lots of loungers at the beach. Will not hesitate to stay here again.

Superior hotel with superior staff. The hotel was exceptionally clean, well managed. Food was amazing. I would highly recommend.

Very modern and spotless environment, friendly and helpful staff, delicious food and high quality drinks, hot shower and soft towels. Fast easy acsess to the beach and restaurants, lots of activities, we absolutely loved everything!
