Wonderful staff. Room cleaned beautifully everyday. Quality food and drinks! The facility itself was so clean and relaxing. Such a beautiful atmosphere. Beyond accommodating for families. The waterpark seriously just adds so much fun for them. We have 3 boys so it was above and beyond for us!! Food was delicious and fresh. I honestly have nothing bad to say. Will definitely be going back.

It was okay some staff was nice I guess . But when checking in never received my 200 room credit until when I checked out . It said I had 1 excursion for 2 . But supposedly Expedia had to give it to me not them . . I had family concierge but it wasn’t that great . I had better stays in the states .

The pools are amazing especially for kids . Awesome water park with slides . The staff were very friendly and helpful . They are more friendly before you decline their invitation to the 45 meeting regarding their membership, once you decline their tune changes real quick . The room we had was spacious but smelled like mold … I didn’t think it was too bad at first but as the days went on I started to realize it was pretty strong . I didn’t want to go through the hassle of changes rooms although I should have because my whole family has come down with mold toxicity symptoms , headache, stuffy nose, sore throat , cough . All of our stuff that we traveled with smells like mold , even after washing . I had to throw the non valuables out and wash everything else in vinegar . If your room smells like mold please don’t stay in it like we did , not worth it . I wish I had moved . Property itself is nice, clean, does not smell like mold .

This is my 5th time here and I absolutely love it every time I come here. We were in family concierge this past visit and Veronica was our concierge. She is the sweetest and the most patient. This was an excellent kid friendly resort. Rooms were clean and updated, pools were not overcrowded and staff are amazing. Food and drinks are delicious. Only comment around the food is more kid options. We will be coming back!

This was our first family vacation and Paradisus made it so very special. ALL of the staff were so incredibly kind and welcoming. The cleaning staff is top notch, they cleaned our room once well daily and stopped by again to tidy and offer towels, etc. I would recommend this place 10 out of 10 times. Thank you so much!!

Everyone had a wonderful stay at this resort. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Angelo, the pool concierge. The food and buffets were delicious, and the weather was perfect. Just remember to bring your mosquito spray! Overall, it was a great experience.

Great place to stay, staff very kind and respectful, entrainment was also great, excellent for families and also for those who like adults only areas. Food was great and many options available.
