One of the best stays I’ve ever had - all the staff were friendly and efficient. Same issues as other all inclusive resorts such as not always being able to dine in the al a carte restaurants but that’s no different. Staff tried their best to accommodate dining requests. Amenities were incredible as was the availability for snacks. The facilities were phenomenal for 3/5 year olds and enough to keep adults occupied. Evening entertainment was super fun. Can’t recommend this place enough - will definitely be back and visit more ‘Melia’ or ‘Paradisus’ brand resorts. Thank you to ALL the staff on site for an incredible vacation.

Wonderful all inclusive resort! The food was fabulous, the water park was a thrill for the kids, the staff was friendly and helpful. Amazing for families. I would recommend to all. I was impressed with the food and hospitality. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The kids activities and events were all day and very entertaining. From foam party at kids pool to dance party to inflatable castles, my 3 kids were happy and stayed busy. We had a family concierge, who communicated with us through out the day and made our stay so special.

La verdad es una propiedad muy buena y nos encantó. Lo Único que recomiendo es que la próxima ves nuestra consierge este más al pendiente. Porque pagamos para el servicio y al último tuvimos que cambiar por falta de servicio. Yo me e quedado en la propiedad de cabo y fue tan buena me encantó. The place is amazing, perfect for a family trip with our toddler. The whole place is clean and the service all around is amazing from the entrance, to the pool area, to the spa. The Spa by the way is a must try, we tried the couples massage and we recommend 110%. The food is amazing, all the restaurants are great and the drinks are also great, by the way their coffee and their coffee stand is amazing. The only thing I didnt love are the covers on the beds, nothing wrong with them in general I usually jus tlike heavier blankets, hubby and kid didnt mind them at all and they slept great, me not so much, would deifnitely ask for newer comforter.

Overall, excellent resort! Our room was amazing and clean. The food was delicious and I strongly recommend making your restaurant reservations for your stay the moment you arrive. The lady at the desk who helped me with this set me up nicely for my entire stay. The only reason for the 4-stars under staff is due to some punk kid (staff member) that literally wanted my son’s DNA and his passport in order to play in the gaming room. Even if he was just following policy, I find it a ridiculous ask when every member of the party that is staying at the resort, goes through such screening when you first arrive. The gaming room was empty and we were really only planning on hanging out for a few minutes. His tone certainly didn’t help the situation. I’ve been to this resort twice, pre and post pandemic, this was a constant with a few folks in my 2nd visit … staff that looked and sounded upset about working in the the field of hospitality. Go figure, I suppose you are bound to run into one or two from time to time.

We had the most lovely 4 days here! The hotel is breathtaking. It’s mixes the natural terrain and modern hotel seamlessly. The food was above average for an all inclusive. We love the Mexican and hibachi spot! I used the spa and wow it was wonderful the hydro jets and experience entirely was exceptional! I did not want to leave! Graciela was outstanding!!! She was wonderful and attentive. There aren’t enough words to express how great she was!! My kids loved the water park and the pools with the pirate ship! They were so sad to leave we can’t wait to come back

The staff made me feel comfortable and we did have a issue with the room and were about to move us to a better room for the inconvenience. The restaurants were much better than I anticipated. I would go back in a heartbeat

My husband, son, & I had an AMAZING stay here for 4-nights! What an amazing hotel full of activities for the kids and lots of restaurant choices for the adults and families. We enjoyed the Hibachi, as we felt that the cook entertained the kids well. The shows were good and tailored to the kids. We like that there is a “family” section separated from the “adult” section. The waterpark was great for the kids! Very clean. The staff were very friendly and professional, always helping the guests. The unlimited coffee, which is open 24hrs was a plus! The unlimited gelato parlour was beyond amazing! We are definitely staying at this hotel/resort again!

Overall a nice all inclusive. Just needs a little bit repair in some of the walls and doors because of age. Food was great, buffet was a little small though, it was very difficult to book meals at the specialty restaurants because the 6-8pm dinner slots were always taken up. There’s were a lot of cute hang out space but a lot of it was outdoors without any ac so it was hot and humid. The housekeeping was excellent, came to refresh our beds and towels daily. The activities were very kid friendly. Spa was very nice.
