Very nice villa with a Jacuzzi in room, nice balcony with partial ocean views. The grounds are very clean and seemingly well maintained. Excellent views, great Cabo weather. Expect US pricing at the on-site restaurant.

This resort exceeded my expectations. The view from the pool grounds was amazing. The pool and grounds were fantastic. The daily activities were great. Access to the beach below was good and a very nice beach. The staff was amazing and fun. The food was average to good. The entertainment was awesome. My family had a wonderful time. Parking was great and the location was great.

Pros: spacious room; pools and availability of lounge chairs; spectacular scenery (we had a garden view room but next time I would spend extra on partial or full ocean view); food and beverages both overall quality with a few exceptions (eg the ceviche was just mediocre) but tacos, pizza, burritos, burgers, pasta were great; food and beverage service was excellent, they get to know your name and remember you if you come back. We met lots of guests who had been coming back for years and staff who gave them big hugs who had obviously been working here for years too. Cons: housekeeping was understaffed. We were told our room would be cleaned every second day, which was fine except they never came before 3 or 4pm which was when we were usually back in our rooms after a day in the sun, showering off the sunscreen and chlorine. Also, rooms had kitchens which were well equipped (including a dishwasher, a total pro, should be above!) but cooking and eating leftovers generates garbage which often needed to be removed more frequently than every second day, necessitating frequent calls to ask housekeeping to come. Also rooms were spacious and fairly comfortable but could use an update.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stunning location and outstanding hospitality The cliffside views were breathtaking—you could see the Cabo arches right from the pool. The suite was thoughtfully designed and perfect for cooking in. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, and valet parking made coming and going effortless. The private beach was beautiful, with chairs and umbrellas provided, making every beach day relaxing and memorable.

Shockingly great room (top floor), great view. Resort is quiet with helpful and friendly staff. Easy to get beach chairs and umbrellas for the semi-private beach. Great water and pleasant swimming and snorkeling. Far enough but not too far from Cabo town, easy to Uber around. We would totally stay there again. Food is good - not inexpensive but as expected. Overall very very impressed and resort and room were amazing.
