Very clean and neat hotel with pleasant staff. Our view from the balcony was over a dirt parking lot, and was also noisy with a lot of traffic noise. However when sitting at the kitchen counter and looking out there are mountains in the distance and pretty city lights at night. I think the floor above has better views. We didn't use the pool during our stay as it is little small and awkward, with the restraurant built around small courtyard looking onto it. The restaruart is good and offers 25% discount to hotel guests. The kitchen is a bit under equipped for making meals. We had to ask for a kitchen knife, which was provided, but is fine otherwise. The bathroom and shower were spacious. Parking is easy and secure. Umbrellas and towels are provided for the beach. 15 min walk to the Marina and 20 to Medano beach. We drove 20 min to Chileno and Santa Maria beach, which were great but offer no food or drink, so be sure to take some with you. Be aware that restraruants chargd US prices for food and drink. Overall we had a great vacation in Cabo and think the hotel offers decent value for money.

Honestly I felt like this was misleading. This place was advertised as being in “central downtown”. What they conveniently forgot to mention was that there is no downtown and it’s a hood with graffiti and trash everywhere. Streets are narrow so u basically risk ur life to walk anywhere. It seems evident that the people running this city only focused on the marina. While this isn’t directly their fault, I felt somewhat mislead when I arrived. The rooms were fine and food was overpriced.

Room 208 was right next to the enterance of the kitchen and there’s no wall in between the balcony and kitchen door so all of the kitchen workers could see into the hotel room which made it a little uncomfortable since I could only change clothing in the bathroom, and during the morning the restaurant kitchen is insanely loud which is normal for a restaurant kitchen but the lack of a wall to separate the balcony from the restaurant kitchen made the entire apartment loud from 6am to 10pm ( we had a lot of trouble sleeping from this and even had to buy a later checkout due to being so sleep deprived) it was just an uncomfortable experience being able to make eye contact with the restaurant staff through the window while inside my private room, as well as knowing any noise I made would also be heard by the restaurant staff.

Room design and style really stood out. Cleanliness and shower water pressure were great. The 25% discount at the restaurant and free parking is a great deal and the restaurant is very nice. Location is walkable 10-12 minutes to main Cabo harbor area. The only down side were the pillows. Way too flat for me. When I brought it up to front desk after my stay the mentioned they had fluffy ones but I needed to ask.

Unfortunately, they removed the option of complimentary breakfast. Even the continental one is no longer included. Although the website still mentions that breakfast is included, it is not offered. They need to update the website's description. It is deceptive. Last year, when I stayed there, the full breakfast was included in the price. Everything else is the same. You need to utilize the kitchenett more. It is useful. It would be nice if there was a toaster. If you are a budget traveler who enjoys walking, this is the place for you.
