The resort is very outdated. There is no lobby bar. Very limited selection in restaurants. If there is a hurricane, you will be confined to your room. The staff was very nice, the pool is a good size. The beach is ok for swimming.

Thete was a lack of menu options. We did arrive shortly after the hurricane, so this is understandable. It would have been nive if some sort of concession would have been made. A reduction in price or reduced spa services would have been acceptable.

Everything was great including staff at restaurants, pool and beach. The only flaw was the woman that checked us in and I am sorry I don't have her name. She didn't thoroughly explain the app and set it up under the wrong name so we couldn't log in. We felt rushed away and had to return for another woman's assistance in correcting it. We requested a king bed twice and she never sent anyone to put the beds together. Another day i tried to ask her questions about the shuttle and she just kept saying for me to check the app. We had a great time and would return. The area is beautiful.

Great resort! Traveled with a group of friends, I will say it is more geared towards family but we still had a blast. The sister resort right next door was so convenient to switch up the food options as well. All together we had a great time and the staff were amazing!!!

As a travel blogger I get asked to try different hotels. I have been going to Cabo for 30 years and it had been a while so I was asked to stay at the PB chain. We arrived at the Rose to a musty, dirty room with winter blankets that had cigarette burns. After taking to a manager we were moved to the Los Blancos. While the beach and room view beautiful, the hotel is just warn down and lacking in coordination, communication and amenities most hotels have. Even the breakfast buffet which is usually good at every hotel was bad. No bread, or toaster, cold eggs, flies on the food. Hours of being open didn’t match the daily event planner. We dined at the Rose the night it rained. Anna and staff were amazing getting us a table but most of the staff (excluding pool waiters) were pretty rude. While moving a chair because all the cushions were worn and had holes, a security guard screamed at me, causing the chair to fall entirely on my leg. I had a welt the size of an orange that is now my entire shin injured and bruised. I could go on and on but I don’t want to be too harsh. I would NOT recommend this hotel ! 30 years of visiting Cabo, this was by far my worst experience

This resort has definitely seen better days. The property is over 25 years old, and it shows — the air conditioning is extremely noisy to the point of making it hard to sleep, the pool tiles are in poor condition, and the buffet is very limited. On top of that, there is always at least one à la carte restaurant closed for maintenance, which reduces the dining options and often leaves no choice but to go over to Pueblo Bonito Sunset for a better meal. That said, the location is excellent: it sits on one of the few truly swimmable beaches in Cabo and is within walking distance to the marina and downtown. The staff also deserve credit — they do their best to provide good service despite the limitations of the property.

Been coming to Cabo for years and staying at all Pueblo Bonito hotels but my last visit was horrible, the place is going in the wrong direction. Restaurants closing early not enough food for all the guest and property conditions are old and in need of major repair. AC units not work correctly and night are too hot to sleep. The pools have breaking titles that cut your feet and restrooms are disgusting. Definitely the last time booking at those resort for sure. Time more new management to step in and fix the place before they lose more business.

The Hotel overall was OK. The reception people we’re kinda hard tohelp 100% how we wanted and we didn’t get any welcoming when we first walked in (compared to other resorts we have been in in different parts of Mexico) , usually when we go to other resorts they welcome us in with a drink or a cold hand towel The food was fine not wow compared to a Pueblo Bonito sunset , the buffet breakfast never changed. It was the same variety of food everyday And when we checked in, nobody mentioned that we are able to use other Pueblo Bonito resorts facilities like (swimming pools or restaurants)through our stay. we found out that the last day we were there The room service took a very long time to get whatever we ask for
